Hi, I'm Kimberly.

Main Street Chapters is a traveling pop-up bookshop based in Central Jersey.

I spent twenty years as a corporate executive in healthcare. Good work, meaningful work — but somewhere along the way I lost the thread back to myself. For me, that thread has always been books.

Bookselling is woven into who I am. My first job was at Bentley Books in Flemington. I worked a bookstore counter in college. I spent a decade as a corporate librarian. Books have been the constant through all of it.

When I decided to make a change, Main Street Chapters is what came out. A traveling bookshop with no permanent address — because Main Street isn't a place, it's a feeling. We show up at markets, festivals, and community events across Central Jersey with hand-curated bundles, wrapped and ready.

Mr. Main Street does the wrapping — when he's not at his day job at the Princeton University Art Museum. I do the curating. We both believe this is exactly what we're supposed to be doing.
